Our Pallet Racking Systems
We have a wide range of pallet racking systems available for all of your industrial storage needs. We can also customise your racking system to better fit your warehouse and products.
Selective Pallet Racking – This is the basic pallet racking system that is typically referred to when someone says ‘pallet racking’. Selective pallet racking is a versatile racking system with one pallet deep storage allowing for maximum accessibility.
Double Deep Pallet Racking – Double deep pallet racking offers high density storage as pallets can be stacked two deep. Storing pallets two deep means that double deep racking can provide double the storage of a selective pallet racking system with the same number of aisles.
This system is ideal for storing multiple pallets of the same product as in double deep racking system filled to capacity only half of the pallets are easily accessible.
Push Back Pallet Racking – Push back racking stores pallets on a pair of inclined rails. This means that when the front pallet is removed, the remaining pallets slide forward for easy accessibility. Push back racking is a high density system that can be designed to store between 2 to 6 pallets in each location for high density storage.
Pallet Flow Racking – This racking system also removes the need for aisles as pallets are loaded into the back of the system on a pair of inclined rails. Once loaded, the pallets will rotate towards the front of the system to be picked.
The automatic product rotation of a pallet flow rack makes it ideal for the storage of products with limited shelf.
Drive In Pallet Racking – This is another high density racking system that can be used to maximise the storage capacity of any space. In a drive in racking system, forklifts can drive into the system to retrieve pallets. This removes the need for aisles allowing the floor space to be fully utilised for storage rather than having to leave room for aisles.
The high density storage of a drive in racking system makes it ideal for maximising storage space in cold rooms and freezers where every square metre counts.
