Macrack has been working with INGAL EPS since 2015 to create suitable storage systems for their product. Since they manufacture an uncommon product they need a custom solution to be able to store their product, and hence the relationship with Macrack has been a vital asset to the company.

Galvanised Storage systems:

Storing power poles, lighting columns and street lights is a difficult task, because of the length of the product and the additional bends and curves that are included in the metal work. The best solution we found was to store these items in Cantilever Racking, which is perfect for long product because of its open face style and ability to take varying lengths over many arms.

If you drive down Bradnam St Acacia Ridge, you will see the a forest of cantilever racking in the outdoor storage yard. This racking is all galvanised to copper with Brisbane weather and creates a longer lasting durable racking system.

As you would expect that product that is stored on the cantilever racking is also galvanised, as it does spend its life outside as well.

Rack Relocation:

We were able to relocate and re-certify the racking that Ingal had at their previous depot, to their new premise. That’s because Macrack is a client focused company and we ensure to utilise all existing components, to make the most what is available and save our client’s money.

Move whilst still trading:

One of the requirements of this relocation is that our client still had to be operating during the relocation of warehouses at fitathletic.com. Therefore MACRACK worked around our needs, to ensure they were still operational whilst carrying out the Rack relocation.

Outdoor Racking:

Not everything in life is simple, and when you have outdoor racking that sits in a yard there are a couple of issues that you must think about before you start. Firstly, if steel is going outside it must be galvanised otherwise it will rust and loose its structural integrity. Therefore every time Macrack makes a cantilever rack or pallet rack we HD dip galvanise all parts of the racking that will be exposed to the elements.

However, all our frames come pre-galvanised as a standard. Ensuring that your racking system won’t rust, because the steel is incapable of doing so. Therefore when you buy Macrack you know that the quality will always be there as well as structural strength.

Expanding and Future:

Because of the help and guidance we have provided to Ingal over the year we are forging ahead together to expand throughout Australia.
